The membrane is the core of the MBR, it have high rupture strength, own big flux, it is good choice for MBR
We used thermal induced phase separation method to produce microfiltration membrane, , the membrane own follow advantages:
1. High strength: All PP membrane have high strength, the rupture strength can reach 10N,
2. Narrow pore size distribution: Membrane can be used for removing particles with specific size.
3. High porosity: All membrane have porosity over 50%, with the highest reaching 70%, it has high productivity
4. High chemical resistance: All PP membrane can be used in a wide pH range, while PVDF membrane can stand high concentration NaCIO solution for long period of time.
5. Various products: We can provide membrane, with different material (hydrophilic PP, hydrophobic PP, PVDF), different pore size(from 0.1to 0.4 micro) and different fiber diameters.
6.6. Unique performance: The hydrophilic membrane produced can be stored in dry state, and iy can be used directly without a hydrophilic treatment.

Submerged module can be used directly in the pool of water tank, Compared with sidestream module, submerged module has better fouling control and is easy to be cleaned, submerged module can be used to treat waste water economically.
